When you look back on 2020,

Will you be among the courageous leaders who stood up for racial equity with commitment and intention?

Now that the social media posts during the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder have faded…

the political uncertainty is dying down…

the emails to staff from leaders have vanished…

and the obligatory check-ins at the beginning of virtual staff meetings of asking Black and Brown employees “how are you?” have diminished...

it’s time for us to go deeper.

Some leaders will sink back into the status quo, in an effort to return to the closest thing to normal during this global pandemic. Other leaders will use the momentum from the current racial revolution (no, it’s not over yet) to build a solid foundation for racial equity within their organizations.

Leaders, you are at a crossroads and we, the Black and Brown community are watching. What type of leader will you be?

Here’s what I know about YOU:

You have good intentions. You are a good person.

BUT

You need better IMPACT.

It’s never too late. I can help. For FREE.
